dnaclust software package provides tool for clustering millions of short DNA sequences, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dnaclust
dnaclust is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dnaclust package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dnaclust *
You will get with dnaclust package name, version, architecture and description in a table
